Rose Weinstein

Rose joined the Leffell community in 2018. While navigating the ever-changing college landscape, she enjoys guiding students through their individualized college processes in what can (and should!) be a rewarding and self-reflective experience. Prior to coming to our school, Rose spent three years as a college counselor at Yeshivah of Flatbush in Brooklyn, and two years in college counseling departments of the New York City public school system. Rose also has professional experience in the field of marketing and communications. She holds a bachelor’s degree from NYU, a master’s degree from the Hunter College School of Education, and permanent certification in school counseling. She is an active member of NACAC, CANNY, and College Access for the Jewish University Experience (CAJUE). Rose and her husband live in White Plains and have two children.
