Dr. Michelle Jasper-Brody

Michelle Jasper-Brody has been the psychologist in the Middle School since 2004. She holds an undergraduate degree in psychology and women’s studies from Trinity College and a PsyD in school-child clinical psychology from Yeshiva University’s Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, where she did research on fathers and parenting roles. Before coming to The Leffell School, she managed a psychiatric partial hospital and intensive outpatient program in Parsippany, New Jersey. She also taught Hebrew school in Connecticut, New York City, and Westchester throughout college and graduate school. Dr. Jasper-Brody attended Jewish day schools in Stamford, Connecticut for elementary school and outside Philadelphia for high school. She attended Jewish sleepaway camps as well. She lives in Riverdale and has twin children.
